Sporting Life 10K is in-person and virtual for 2024
Run or walk in your community or from the comfort of your home, all at your own pace.
A virtual run can take place anywhere—on a road, path, trail, or on a treadmill. Outdoor or indoor, it’s your choice.
To share your Sporting Life Virtual 10K journey with us, upload and share your virtual 10K results and photos. You will also be able to download your finisher certificate.
The 2024 Sporting Life Virtual 10K unites us all as we run for Campfire Circle!
Virtual Run Details
Sunday, May 12 – May 31, 2024
Anywhere at your own pace
Run Kit Delivery
Participants will be mailed their run kit to the mailing address they listed on their registration form. Participants are required to provide their complete mailing address including unit number if living in a multi-unit building. Failure to provide your full mailing address will result in a delay of delivery and additional shipping fees to resend the run kit.
If you register by April 28, 2024 your run kit will be shipped beginning the week of April 29. If you register after April 28, 2024 your run kit will be sent out to you within two weeks of your registration date.
We will be shipping run kits via Canada Post and are unable to guarantee delivery times. International shipping and expedited shipping options are available at time of registration.
Running Shirt & Finisher Medal
Medals & iTab
Every registered participant will receive a finisher medal in their Sporting Life Virtual 10K run kit that is mailed to your mailing address.
Customize your medal by ordering an iTAB when you register for the event. An iTab is a small insert engraved with your name and finishing time that fits neatly into a recess on the back of your medal.
You will receive your iTab by mail 6-8 weeks after the race.
Report Your Sporting Life Virtual 10K Results
Beginning on May 12, 2024, you will be able to upload your Sporting Life Virtual 10K results onto the Race Roster Result Pages.
To upload your 10K results you will need your registration confirmation number and your last name OR you can use your Race Roster login. You can also upload your results via your participant dashboard on Race Roster.
It is easy to upload your results. We recommend that you download and use the RunKeeper app as it will automatically upload your run result to our results page. It is free to download the app and it’s really easy and fun to use. You can download or update the ASICS Runkeeper app here on Apple or Android.

You can also use a fitness training app or watch, such as Garmin, Apple or Strava, to track your distance. Then simply enter that distance you ran/walked onto the Sporting Life Virtual 10K Results Page on Race Roster. If you don’t use a fitness tracking app or watch, no worries, go ahead and use the honour system and simply enter your distance.
After you upload your run results, you will be able to print your official finishers’ certificate and share it on social media!

Awards
Awards will not be provided in the Sporting Life Virtual 10K.
