An email with information on how to upload your results will be sent to you the week of May 5, 2025.
No, you don’t have to upload your results at all. However, if you purchased an iTAB you will need to upload your results to have it sent to you.
You actually do not need an app or program to upload your results. All you need to do is upload your 10K time manually using the honour system. If you wish to use a fitness/tracking app, we recommend you download and use Runkeeper as it will automatically upload your results to our results page. It is free to download and is really easy to use.
There are lots of free tools available for smartphones to help participants measure distance. We recommend using RunKeeper as it is integrated with our results platform. Other tracking options include: Strava, Zwift, and Nike+. You can also use a GPS-equipped smartwatch, like a Garmin (or some versions of the Apple Watch) to record running distance. Or, kick it old school, and drive a route using your car’s odometer to measure it before you complete 10K!
The Sporting Life 10K results can be found on Sportstats. The Sporting Life 10K does not provide age group awards.
Correct. We do not issue official results or awards. However, you can upload your virtual run results here.
